Seen this thread before.

This time a bit different.

Where to stay in Noosa for a family of four?

Preferably close to the waves!

Also, is there parking near the points? Can't recall!

Cheers

Personally I'd recommend not staying in Noosa, but just driving in from somewhere else. There's a small carpark a little way up the point, gotta get in early or do bog laps looking for someone leaving. You have to take the beautiful scenic walk up to the good spots.

Spending 7 nights there so plenty of waves to be had. We are staying back a bit on the river. Around 200 a night for four of us over from the 27th till the 3 of January, not too bad really considering.

Might just get Mum or Dad to drop us off in the morning, two cars so it won't be too bad if just picking up and dropping off.

Cheers

I lend you my old SUP TC and you can paddle down the river to the surf.

Depending where you are you may be able to walk,

PM me the address and I will give you a full run down.

Oh well, we just booked it last night.

Not fussed about crowds because no matter we are on the mainland it will seem like a crowd to us. Anything over 5 people is getting crowded for us haha

Might go for some waves there though, as mentioned got the cars so could be worth a drive! And plenty of time to just look around!

Cheers

I'm at the mantra right on first point right now.the best spot in noosa underground parking and self contained units.. Good value... And again thanks Marty for the great tip on this place, pity the swell has dropped for the longboard comp tomorrow, got told they may move to the open beach breaks.

Mantra's are nice! Stayed in one at Agnus Waters and again in the one on Cavil Avenue in Surfers.
