How cold will it be in Tassie in mid-Novemeber? Will I be able to use my 3/2???

Please help as I am looking to book myself one of these cheap jetstar fares for $59 to Hobart and renting a camper van for a week. Birthday treat!

Edit: been advised that the 3/2 will be fine. Stoked.

you wont have a problem with a 3/2 down south either, i'm usually down to a 2/2 by then.

you boys are conditioned though - I have been living in Oz for over 10 yrs - I am now a pussy

Not sure of where we will go yet - keen to check out the west coast and sample some of those rights on the east coast if they are working. No doubt we will do some tramping for a few days and maybe throw in a kayak adventure or 2. Will sort the rough schedule out when the GF feels like she has some buy in. No doubt things will be determined by the weather / swell forecasts - surely not

Sorted a campervan for $60 a day all inclusive which seems pretty fair to me.

60 bucks is a bargain Ted . Lots to see and do . Can kayak the Franklin , wineglass bay , surf , trek . Our last trip down the east coast the best surf we saw was at Bicheno near Diamond Island . Havent seen much of the southern Tassie beaches except for Bruny but they look nice in that video Riverider posted .

Thats sheep abuse. We should call the RSPCA. I have never treated my sheep like that....they can not swim and who da farrrrk calls them Mildred! Thats a sin in itself. My last one was called Suzzie.....I shall never forget her either

I reckon a 3/2 might be a little light for winter in Tassie Ted. Booties would probably be a good idea as well.
