i know theres plenty of different boxes out there.
i was just interested if people are happy with there box.

is it getting a little worn from constantly placing your 9 incher in and out
and its time you renewed it for a new tight one.
or maybe your just happy slapping your little 4 incher in and out all year
perhaps you would like to spend the money and get a 11incher that would fit nice and snug into that old box.

Okay, this is where I tend to differ from the opinion of a lot of others regarding what should be placed in the box.

Most will tell you that it's good to have it a bit flexible, especially at the tip, it my opinion, it need to be as rigid as possible, for as long as possible, whilst it's in the box.

Fair enough if it goes a bit limp and lifeless once it's been taken out of the box, but that's only to be expected given the amount of work it's had to do while it was in the box.

I hope this helps

Always been told it's not the size but the way you use it that matters .

In my quads have a little nubster , in my thrusters have a 5.25 ,

Weiry found that video you posted showing how much water resistance an empty box creates really interesting . Never would have thought of that

Good point Tas' if you get water in your in for a ruff ride.. Also keep the box clean you don't want seaweed and sand in your box. That's why I use the old spit and polish , I never use the hose or air gun
