good choice,if and that's a big if the surf is on at noosa you can surf while the wife is entertained on Hastings shopping or having a high tea

Sorry Chrispy didn't read this till this morning I could have offered ET's downstairs.

French Quarter is a good choice as Macaha says as it is right next tho First Point. I suggest that you take a walk around the corner though as FP is full of wankers and try hards.

Drive up is between 3.5 and 4 hours depending on traffic and stops. Take the highway all the way to Eumundi and go in from there. Unless you want a bit of a coast drive then take the Coolum exit at Yandina go into Coolum and drive up the coast road. Slower but nicer.

Thanks guys all great info. She is all booked Byron noosa 1770.. Will catch you on the way down Chrispy ,, I will try and bring some mudidies down so we can feast and drink , first holiday since Indo 2012.. five weeks to go can't wait yeeeeew
