Hey everyone,[/b]
When you picture Magic Bay in Imsouane[/b], you immediately think of those endless, peeling right-hand walls that roll for hundreds of meters. It’s arguably one of the best canvasses in the world for honing flow, cross-stepping, and rail-to-rail transitions.
For those who regularly surf the Bay (or similar long point breaks), I’d love to hear your thoughts on board selection and fin configurations:
Traditional Heavy Single Fin (9'2" – 9'8" Log):[/b] Do you prefer a classic heavy log for maximum glide, nose-riding stability, and trimming through the softer/flatter mid-sections?
2+1 Setup or Mid-Length:[/b] Or do you opt for the extra bite, drive, and maneuverability of side bites when the tide shifts or when you need to pump past faster sections?
What’s your board size, fin template/size, and rider weight?[/b] How do you dial in your setup to get the most out of a 500-meter ride without burning out your legs?
P.S. If anyone is planning a trip out here or looking for a great place to stay right near the bay with good coaching and local vibes, check out <!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!---->ntonasurfcamp.com they’ve got a super solid camp![/i]
