Still working on my jibes to get consistency but on freeride foil boards (assuming that's what you have?), a few things helped. Video below of last session before I broke my 360 cam, you can see exit with speed and get back to flying again but not flying through clean.
Straps in inboard position
Having ample wind power (not light wind)
Switching front foot AFTER the jibe (Probably the biggest early difference because your tail is likely pretty narrow and has less room to keep weight back and balance by stepping first, like it would on a dedicated foil board)
Keeping power in on the entry (still struggle sometimes)
Look through the turn, not at the sail
Flip with hand at front near mast and let sail rotate on its own while focusing on carve
Exit more downwind and flip/fix feet before coming more upwind or you will be overwhelmed with power
Faster foils change the order to step then flip, usually.
