I recently acquired a NP Glide Wind Small and a friend borrowed me a board JP Magic Ride 142. Could this set work? Will it be easy to learn? It would be my first time... Thank you.

It will work, but it won't be as easy as the medium or large wing. It'll be fine though - go out and have fun.
Ideally, that board would have the medium or slim medium wing.

How much do you weigh? If you are smaller (<70kg ish), the Small will be fine. If you are bigger and can pony up for the bigger wings as appropriate, things will be, as bludga mentioned, easier.

Sure. On the windy days, you may find that you prefer it like the guys on the Slingshot gear that go from i76, 84, etc and bigger down to 6 something Timecode or Infinity wings.

Medium works with either small or large rear stabilizer

I'm about your weight. Got the small and medium, mostly use the small. The small will get you up and going easily.

one more thing ... I can get a JP Hydrofoil 2019 120 litres at a good price. What do you think of this combo? Good for learning? Or at my weight (83 k) it could better the 150 litres one...
