Not a lot going on as a little too weedy but fun surviving the shorebreak - sketchy technique letting the rig look after itself (Simmer gear is tough ).

Funny you should post that,Sunday at my local two of us launch at a beach break lower tide ,no problem getting out fully lit up on 3.5 and SS pfi 730 & 103 mast couple hours of fun but challenging foiling. Time to come in the tide had come up a bit and so did the swell I tried to foil on the back of one with my front foot out of the strap to get as close to the beach as possible kind of worked but could not flip the foil skyward in time before the next one hit me from behind felt lucky only a small hole in the wetsuit and my leg.

I like watching the real world issues

Shorebreak is a pain! both wind or wing foil so it's very interesting watching how others cope with it

Going through shore break is definitely easier for for wingers. One of the reasons, I'm shrinking my board,sail size

I was on a Wizard 103 (5' long) and mostly used a 4.0. Still a pain (in the neck especially, carrying it on my head).
