Know how that feels - I had my stuff knocked off just before Easter! And have just been called by someone who bought most of the gear from a Cash converters and saw details on the windsurf WA site (thanks for posting the PDF!). So my advice is to inform the police with details of everything stolen and serial numbers if possible, then send the list to every windsurf shop in the country and hopefully it'll turn up. Most people keep a good look out, so its fairly likely to turn up again.

I now note all my serial numbers, and mark all gear to make identification easier and also make it more likely that the gear is picked up on police database searches.

Pain don't hurt, but having your gear nicked does ! Hope you are reunited soon.

I haven't seen any of my gear yet. I gess it is just laying somwhere in a garage or what ever.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for my gear, I hope some of it will show up sooner or later.

I'm about to head over for a windsurf trip myself. I had all my gear + van stolen in London last year. Total value around Aus$50,000. Naturally I'm concerned about security whilst I'm there. Can anyone recommend an insurance company whilst I'm there. Also, are there any known bad spots for theft in W.A? Cheers Tigs.
