Well I finally worked out how to do some basic editing. Turn the sound off it's just wind noise.

In the first segment I had a board that was miles too big for the conditions. Valentine segment the board was my 95ltres Tabou Rocket with 4.2m Sailworks Revo sail then 3.8m Revo. 4.2m revo in gusty WNW at Canton.
That was in the days when it blew..
I had a lot of stacks including a massive one where the wind got under the board and I and threw us 30' downwind. I landed on the gear and got a corked thigh. I kept sailing at the time but I was on crutches for 3 weeks after.
These days I'd be on a much smaller board.
Cripes although I sail faster and better these days I think I was fitter back then to be able to sail in chop like that!

Thanks everyone. That was just before I got into gps sailing and my goal was to get the gybes going . I could get plning gybes strap to strap if I was powered up on the smaller gear -I think my bes t was 10 in a row at that location but since then I have retaught myself how to do the step gybe. Finally coming out the other side after going back to beginnersville but havent had much pratise in chop.Time to get back to concentrating on gybes again!
