Finian Maynard just set new world speed record at 48.7 knots, or 90.2 km/h,

Not bad hey, makes my speed runs look pathetic..........

now common i heard stories of some marshmellow in WA using floaties during there spead runs, now those aren't aerodynamic or are they speacial ballast...

BTW the floaties I used, were for just in case I got knocked unconscious coz I was going so fast, and had a massive wipeout, so there was a reason smarty pants plus ifya feel safer you go faster, so don't knock'm buddy.........

Roley Poley, I can assure you, and Elmo witnessed this, when you hit a sandbar on the Peel Inlet at 62 km/h, Floaties assist you in bouncing across the water surface like a skimming pebble thrown on a milk pond............. I only got a sprained ankle out of it from being ripped out of the footstraps, and remember when going fast in very shallow water always unhook.........
