l use it to put the divinicell mast block into the routed hole of the shaped board. Nice and light and a perfect fit. Then l sand it smooth. l have sourced a and b at kirks, thanks guys

Good thinking Mark probably a lot lighter than a resin Qcell mix, as long as it's density isn't less than the blank.

thats a good use for it mark.
it is also good for filling voids in repair work on styrene cored boards as the polyurethane actually uses moisture as part of its hardening process which allows the mixture to penetrate the damaged styrene as well as wicking some of the water out and turning it into structure.
