Hey guys,

Looking for a bit of help now that I need a new fin (www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=26177 )

I'm looking to try and get into freestyle a bit more seeing as I do most of my sailing on the river. I'm not real sure how the different shaps/sizes affect things when it comes to early planing, upwind ability speed etc... I suppose I'm looking for some fast planning and good upwind ability.

Sailing on an Exocet CrossII 94l, usually carry a 5.2m and weigh 70kg.

Any advice would be great. Oh yeah I wanna try and buy one tomorrow (fri) so no rush guys

Cheers,

Tozza.

Hey,

Yeah looking online he seems to have a good range of fins down there so that might be the way to head. If anyone can describe the difference between the shapes and what they give in terms of speed, early planning, upwind ability etc that would be greateee.

Cheers,

Tozza
