Who is going down this weekend? Does anyone know what is going on? We are just rocking up, do we need to register for Speed trials etc or just on the day?

Place called the spit, on lake george, depending on wind direction, you can sail on either side with almost glassy conditions in 25 knots (if its that windy), have sailed in previous years on water so flat that no chatter just whistling fin!

Well just got back from beachport, was a good turn out, some good speeds, Chris Diamond a 60plus, wind was not very plentiful, apart from Sunday afternoon, reckon 20-25knts, sailed southern edge of lake, very frustrating day.
Met some more of the local crew and some of the victorian guys, brett from Geelong special mention, Trevor missus you!
