in sydney, any boat builder will do it. otherise you might need to go to a local surfboard place.
you could always diy with a bit of glass and epoxy.

Drop it into Wind surf n snow at Longreef.
I think they use John Hall from the South coast.
He did a really good repair a few years ago for me.
