The time to start getting your gear in order for the north trek is fast approaching . Every year I keep promising to make myself a laminated check list to make packing a little more organized.
Over the years I've seen some pretty nifty camp setups and wondered what you just can't do without, or those items that that enhance your trip, eg. shade cloth, fruit cake, inflatable doll mattress, velcro gloves( remind me to give them back Greenroom ). The ultimate windsurfing check list, that's what I'm after.............mmmmmmmmmmmmm, fruit cake, aaaaagggghhhhh .

Solar powered fluoro light.
(10 W solar panel, 7 Ah 12V battery, 12V fluoro, all wired together)

Once you've tried it, you don't go back

Apart from that, maybe a separate tent for your gear, a bottle of port and a big tarp.

Never been, this would be top of the list for any spot up north a long way from a chemist :

Kremlins magic coral reef cut potion.

Do a search on the forum to find the ingrediants. All i can remember is that it contains lots of alchahol. Or you could go to the chemist and buy some Aquaear - same thing - it could save you days/weeks/months of agonising pain.

Lap top, so you can check the forecast!

Troppo, you wouldnt last a night with only one bottle of rum, you would need at least a case for a week in gnarloo and thats if your goin slow on it!!

Where can I buy one of these swedish swag warmers Bob,sounds sweet.
Nebb's solar light,s going on the list and Gazza's self inflating mattress. I once forgot the mattress pump so I used the car tail pipe on a cold night, had the tent zipped up and woke up at 2am with a dead flat double size bed and a pounding headache. That morning it looked like I had two black eyes.
The kiosk has updated weather maps posted outside.
Fold up chair with pockets containing One glass, orange juice and vodka is a must( I know ocean and rum go together Troppo, please forgive me).
Juzzo put me on to teatree oil for cuts' works a treat.

I'll give it a go but I'm sure my pick up methods fall well short of your legend status with the ladies after reading your profile, not bad for a 429yo.
And can you please shave those arm pitts.
