Well it’s that time of year again; the long term forecast is looking great for the Race and Wave Sailing. Then there is the Party where the forecast always looks good thanks to Cougar XS Bourbon.

21st Annual Lancelin Ocean Classic
5th-8th January 2006

This is an event not only for people who windsurf but also people who love to have a great time.

Of course we have the greatest open ocean down wind windsurfing race ever to happen in Australia, but lets not forget the Aerial fireworks display, Miss Flying Objects featuring some of the hottest girls in Western Australia and of course one of the biggest parties of the year in WA.

* Also don’t forget the earlier you get your registration in the better start position you will have for the Race.

Juice, I think your right it will be packed, which is great. For those of you that haven't competed in the Ledge to Lancelin it is a real buzz entering a marathon with an another hundred or two sailors, the more the better. If you haven't tried before bring your gear up and give it a go, it doesn't look balistic, should be fun. If you are not sure about your ability bring your gear up anyway and decide on the day or check it out for next year.

Good forcast for the marathon on Saturday and a good forcast for the slalom on Sunday.

As always the Tavern will be fantastic on Saturday night.

I will have the Auswind trailer up there for the weekend, with a heap of Stabboard and Severne so let me know if you want ttry a board or sail during the weekend.

See you all up there for another epic comp.
