How's this for crazy......
A couple of weeks ago at about 7pm at scarborough I had just finished sailing and carried my rig to the grass and saw my mate Grant who lives down at Safety Bay I commented that I didn't see him out there all pm and where was his car he said Oh it's in Safety Bay. I asked how he got to Scarborough. To my disbelief he said he just sailed up from Safety Bay!!!!!!!

How's that for Crazy He put $30 in his wetsuit put his wetty on over his shorts and Tshirt hoped on his wave board! I think he said he left SB at about 4.30pm.

How'd he get home.... left his board in someones car got a lift from someone who happened to be going to Freo Just as he rocks in to Freo, he see's a Bus with Safety Bay on it, hops on and he's home in about 45 mins, hardly put a dent in the $30 he was carrying!

i was sailing peli point with my cousin one day and he told his girl friend to drive around to applecross and pick him up he sailed across there and i thought he was a legend for doing that but to sail from safety bay to scabs.................. dude im speechless
