one for the wave sailors.
I had a kite this arvo is the most amazing conditions, kind of a mid tide 12-18knts...bit light for me to get wave sailing gear out...but the point is....AMAZING WAVE SAILING SET UP NTH Wind making it cross shore.
it was super smooth for really long patches between decent to biggish size waves breaking long slow and clean, for a good wave sailor they probably would be getting 3-5 bottom turns in before moving on. A 'light/small' wave sailor probably would have killed out there today.
Not sure if it was just a lucky tide or swell, as often its on shore mush.. maybe it was a bit more N/NW...it worked until sunset.
Pretty special session, all time conditions, I will be checking it out next spring before the normal Mooloolaba run, so for wave sailing in Nth winds medium tide, be sure to check out Marcoola (Just down from the SLC)

I just realized this was posted in general...supposed to be Qld grrr...anyway..if your visiting!
