Hi,

I'm a very beginner windsurfer and supper. I'm interested in getting a windsup board that I can learn on and use as an intermediate/advanced freeride windsurfer into the distant future for winds up to 15/20 kts. From what I've read here, Exocet windsup 11'8" seems the way to go (?). I'm ~72 kg, ~172-174 cm tall (and a girl if it makes any difference!).

I'm having trouble trying to find someone who sells the board. I've emailed Exocet, and the dealer Windsurf Shed which is listed on Exocet's website, with no response. The other listed dealer Stuart Bell Sails doesn't seem to sell boards. I'm in Adelaide.

I have no other equipment whatsoever, so recommendations for other equipment that suit the above would be appreciated. This would include one or two smaller sails I guess, sized so that I can use them when I get better and I can buy larger complementary sails later. Happy to buy a new board (given the type of board I'm looking for doesn't seem to be available second hand much/at all) and second hand other equipment, or new other equipment as well depending on the price since the board will already be quite pricey!

Thanks!

Your local windsurfing shop ( Strath Windsurfing Shop) has a Bic WindSUP 11.6 in stock almost the same dimensions as the Exocet 11.8 also it is cheaper and there would be no freight cost.
