Hi,
has anyone of you had the chance to try both sizes of the 2004 SE and can tell me anything about the different(?) feel? Am I assuming correctly that the 5,8 with 6 battens on only 11/12cm more luff length would have a much more stabile profile? Does the 5,5 get blown all over the joint because of the big sections between the batten? Can't make up my mind which to buy - the 5,5 is more the size I need to complement my other 6,5/6,6 freerace/freeride but I hate not to get planing... and I want to use it in overpowered conditions too. It's not so bad as I'm only 73kg on a carve99 but does make the difference between a good and a bad session.
Any input is appreciated!

i used my 2003 ezzy 5.0 today and didnt downhaul very much at first and yes it was jerky as but then i put plenty-o-downhaul as matt said and seemed to be fine eventually i outhauled it to the max as well coz i was all over the ocean
but the awsome thing about the ezzy is that they are so tunable the outhaul works a treat
little outhaul= big belly
plent-o-outhaul= flat sail but with good power still in the bottom of the sail
go the 5.8 coz you could tune it to be felt just like the 5.5 plus still be able to put little-o-outhaul and get the full use of the 5.8
ps i really want one of those 2005 they look sick
