Cycling for your legs (don't underestimate how much you use them) and fitness. Weights to get strong arms. Sit ups for waterstarts.

Or you could just take the WINDY MILLER approach and go buy another pie

Well it depends on your current fitness level and body type, so a bit more info on that would help. But Interval training (running or cycling) 2-3 times a week and weight training leaning towards higher reps will set you on the right path.

Buying a pie involves LOTS of exercise:

  • walking, but preferably, driving to shop
  • Reaching for the wallet to pay for the pie
  • Opening wallet etc
  • Receiving change
  • Receiving pie
  • Moving arms to eat pie
  • Chewing

It is a FULL body work out... Never right off pie eating as genuine hard work and exercise...

You can expand this work out by buying a can of coke as well , giving both arms a good working.

A full stubby of beer is a good weight for a full body workout. It doesn't weigh much, thus avoiding the risk of muscle injury, but you'll do lots of reps lifting it to your mouth. As it's weight decreases, the rep rate can increase, until eventually the focus of the training shifts to the legs, as you'll have to go and fetch another full weight from the fridge.

what about passing the Pie, when you're finished with it. Especially if you have a low-fibre diet.

The best single activity that will help:

ROWING

I run, cycle, swim etc. but rowing is really the only one that provides the closest match. Row 3 times a day for 20min and you will fly!

Yep. If its only one exercise then rowing's the one. If you haven't sailed much your forearms will cop it and your hands. Rowing machines are only as taxing as you make them. Its best if you use one with a sliding seat so your legs get in on the act. Don't forget to piss on your hands first, and don't forget to check the handle to see if any inconsiderate prick has been pissing on his hands.
