Hi

Just seeking opion on setting these up finaly blasting in both@!
I find that i tend to ride on the heals. When I puposely try to drive through the balls of my feet I am sort of bending my feet in a weird position should the strap be tight against the top of your foot I find to levarage of the strap. This may be a hangover from years of snowboarding and having a tifght boot to levrage rail presure. ?? SO how tight for those straps to keep the board flat

Cheers

Paddy, according to all the web pages with techniques on this the little toe should be just fully though strap when the foots in it.
Have followed that advise and you can feel the difference in control.
Learnt real fast when I first got in straps end of last season, I had them too loose, pranged and couldn't get rear foot out fast enough. Ended up in water, but foot still up in strap on a large volume board, this isn't nice.
Here is one on setting foot straps.

Another is this one.

the foot straps should be tightish around the highest part of your foot, still loose enouph to moove your foot around a little bit, but you want it so it feels like you are ancerd to the board, you need to remember you need to be able to bail out if neccisary, but need to stay on your baord throu chop and waves,

hi paddy,

when driving through the balls of your feet you should be straightening your toes.

this tends to flatten out the board and will give speed.

hope that made sense....
