I have a garmin foretrex 101 and am trying to learn its capabilities.
I have upgraded to google earth plus and loaded tracks.
Is this the best program to check speeds etc?
How do I get the best out of this program?
Or should I use another program?

GPS action replay is good, its the only one I know of, and it works well.

Its fun and worth doing it to get the best out of the GPS.
Go to gps speedsurfing and they have all the setup so everyone is on the same wave lenght.
