After 10 weeks of no water time tomorrow might be the day. Having bought a new board on Saturday, it is proudly sitting in my living room so that I can look at it dream of the many magical journeys the two of us will have together. Lets hope its a beautiful relationship.

I dont know if I can will be able to sleep properly tonight as I listen for any hints of an approaching southerly. With only hours to go the green arrows are still sitting above the 20knt mark for south of Perth. Could this be for real, or is it a cruel nasty plot to further destroy me and push me towards taking up croquet...

Of course they wont change the forecast. It's what Hui does with the weather we have to worry about!!!!!

Mineral

Got the '06 Exowave Exocet 105. Bought it to partner up my Cross 117. Was stoked with the Cross so I hope that I am as happy with this new addition. Being the larger sized fellow, in fact I think that from what I have read, may even challenge "big Hardie" in a weigh off.

Made the mistake of getting into the micro-you-brew beer thingy and it doesnt do the waist line any justice.

Checking the sites and so far predictions are looking good. Mind you, those isobars are all backed up on each other, so something should happen. DAMN YOU WORK!!! Need to go now.

Well I got out, just me and a kiter, waves more like big chop, and wind very strange, changing direction and strength all the time, just couldn't get comfortable. Probably would have done better on smaller gear, the wind was stronger than it looked from the beach.

I also managed to get my sorry butt out onto the est as ocean looked to junky and southerly.

It was a bit of fun considering what we've had the last couple of weeks.
