Hi all

Is anyone using or know someone that is using Gun gear?? The specs sheets from the web site read well and the price is pretty good also. You can buy this kit off #bay and I havent worked out if this is a good thing or not. There appears to be a stockist in Bundanoon NSW. Any experiences

Decrepit its very broad but it states

http://www.windsurfingsales.com.au/aboutsales/faq.php

Am I covered for warranty?
All products purchased through Windsurfing Sales come with a manufacturers warranty, which is generally one year.

Warranty claims will be subject to the approval of the manufacturers. Manufacturers have experience with their products and are familiar with processing genuine claims.

Generally claim approval will be processed in 5 working days. To make a claim you need to email [email protected] with a description of the claim, how it happened, and a clear digital photograph of the claim.

Decrepit, Bud and or Matt at Windsurfing sales will support you with any claim. Top people to deal with(Bud is ex West Aussie.
Purchased a mast last year, slight damage in transit, called them, sent photo of damage, new mast arrived three days later

I have just purchased two new sails, Loft 02's (2007 model) under the 2007 sales run out. No way I could get any other sail priced near what they offered for the Loft sails
So far so good, although only used them twice.
Hope this helps.

the guys at windsurfingsales are great. excellent to deal with.

i have purchased gun accessories from them, never had any issues and their turn around is fast.

they also sponsor the windwanderers and have always been great help.

so they are very much above board

Oldboy,

as you may know I've just bought a 2007 Gun Wave MC quiver because the 2006 quiver i bought 12 months age were really good, i rig them with 100% loft RDMs, which are also excellent, gun RDM extensions, gun deckplates/UJs and either Gun or Loft booms. The board bags are also top draw.

Bud is a great guy to deal with and has gone out of his way on many occasions to help me out (which I really appreciate). I've called him at 8pm on a Sunday after a massive day sailing, ordered some kit which he packaged that evening so I could get it on Tuesday! He's also personally delivered stuff to me in Botany so i could use it that day.

(I'd also like to point out that Sam/Windsurnsnow are also doing an excellent job in promoting the sport and helping fellow windsurfers - just in case you're reading )

Yep a big thumbs up to the boys at windsurfingsales. Top service and products. I have purchased mast and boom and boardbag, all tops. Especially the boardbag - never seen one built as well as these.

Been using a couple of sails for nearly 2 years now along with a mast, extension and base.
Great products and a good price.
