Hi Guys,

Just getting into this great sport and have got some second hand gear. However it did not come with a harness. I am learning on the river.

So the question is, should I get a sit in harness or a waist harness to learn in?

And does anyone have a cheap one for sale. I am not sure how they are sized, but I am a size 36 in pants if that helps
