As an intermediate sailer I notice that my harness hook ends up somewhere around my chin (well maybe not that high but well above the top of the harness) on my straight runs. I've been told about the 5 position and 7 position but all the concentrating in the world doesn't seem to make any difference. Any suggestions? Snapper.

Sounds like the harness belt is too loose, not sure what you mean by the 5 and 7 position????
Shouldn't have to concentrate, harness hook should stay in the right place????
