Hey that's a great idea!
Maybe the government can finance the R&D on giant solar powered factories with massive fans that suck air in, extract the carbon dioxide and lock it up in big massive rods. That way you can cut up the rods, stick them together again in a different shape, and make all sort of furniture out of them! Or hey now we're talking, we could cut them a different way and build houses out of the stuff! Imagine that! Houses made of solid CO2! Build a house and help the environment at the same time!
... Or just plant a tree
we just need to change our lifestyle to compensate for the change in economy
