Any tips, never tried one. Looks fairly similar to a forward, just a bit more lateral?

Bear off as much as you can pull your sail under your bum and jump over it. Once you start getting better at them you can do them more in to the wind which makes them more vertical.
Dont bail or you'll land on your gear.
