These Marine Investigation reports make absolutely rivetting reading. For anyone who turned up at Nobby's Beach to find a bulk carrier at their launch site, this is how it happened. Starts off a bit slow, but it gets interesting from about 0500 on the day of the grounding so scroll down to there (page 12).
