G'day everyone,

Does anyone have recommendations for good/cheap couriers that'll ship a windsurf board, mast, sails and a boom interstate (QLD to VIC)? I'd consider without the board, if necessary.

For that matter... does anyone have recommendations on international shipping (from the UK)?

Thanks!

Transdirect seems cheaper for boards and door to door than ego in Australia. Always use commercial addresses at both ends and become a member of the transdirect site to get discount.

International from UK: https://www.anglopacific.co.uk. They actually contact you direct by phone , after you get a quote, and I have found them professional and reliable. I ship things by sea...its cheaper and always buy gear under AUD 1000 to ensure duty free...Its not cheap however...its just that some great cheap secondhand boards (eg Mistral Equipe in concourse condition etc) are not available here...

Would not recommend Toll. Not saying it was their fault but the board did not leave in the condition it arrived in. They stonewalled any compensation for this work of art!
