...I bought a boat.

I just caught myself checking the extended forecast and hoping for light winds and calm seas on the weekend, what will become of me?

Now all you need to do is organise several outings with mates. Make sure you guarantee them that you will have calm low wind days.

That will guarantee us large swell and high winds

Just noticed your in QLD, otherwise i would have said that it was a fantastic idea and would have offered my able crewing skills.

Now that i realise there is no chance whatsowever of being part of your band of merry men (arrrrrr)...... yes buying a boat is a bad idea.
