I'm looking at buying a new '08 JP Free Style Wave. I'm a big guy - 6'4" and 220 lbs. I like to sail with a 5.0 to 6.0 in bump and jump conditions. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on whether to go with the 101 or 107L?

At 165 lbs I sail the FSW93 (2006 model) 5.0-6.0, with the sweet spot at 5.5. Weighing 55 pounds more than me I've got to think the 107 is your board, as I think I'd be comfortable on the 101 with a 6.0.

If I go with the 107, should I go with carbon and the G10 fin? Will it be stronger?
Thanks for your input.
