Recently had the 07 136L to play with and it was an absolutely awesome board, 31knots on a 6.7m sail with a 40cm weed fin and handled a dream.

If the newy is anything like that then it should be sweet.

Hi there,

I picked up a 100L 2008 Supersport last week. Only had 12kts last Sunday to test it out. First impressions is that it will be a fast board. It really accellerates quickly off gusts.

it's very slalom but with xtra freeride strap positions and nose kick and tuck forward with edge.
versatile and fast.

Hey David, had another chance to ride that board? Which construction did you get? Appreciate some more feedback as you use it a bit. I'll dial up some wind for you. Cheers

Hi there,

I bought the Pro Edition construction. Super light and stiff. Took the board out in more favourable conditions on Sunday. 15-20kts. It confirmed my initial assumptions. Very fast and quick to accelerate. Handles chop well too. Gybes as well as the xcite ride. All up a great board.

Hope this helps.

Do you reckon you are going to have to treat the pro construction board like eggs? or does it seem quite resilient?
Just tossing up between FWS & pro.

Had a look on the web site, re the Pro V FWS, and indications from the supplier from the video was , that the Pro construction material was designed to take the knocks and crash better than anything they had built prior to this year. I presumed from that statement that it was tougher than the FWS. (was looking at new X-Cite)
Because I am a rough p... on gear, I hope they are right
