Johno KA86 has returned from Maui on Monday. I speak with him yesterday.
Maybe he has many good stories of sailing in Maui for sharing with rest of us on forum ?
Maybe he has many picture from Maui adventure, he like take many picture on phone for looking at later... this normally nocturnal activities not sailing but maybe this year he is different

Plenty of wind and waves up in Animal Bay... maybe you and M.A. and Kooky come up for sailing and talking of big long mast high left handers in middle of Indian Ocean that we will be sailing in 8 weeks !

ye dude i got back on monday. maui was **** this this yr! the biggest i sailed was only about 4ft and the wind wasnt all that good either. i told the mantis many times that he is gay, ye this paintin guy wants me to run his business for him so ill go over for the next six months and work and i should still be there for the hawaii pro so you can come stay with us if ya want. didnt get any pics, there werent any photograghers there unless they were doin phtoshoots. i should be goin back within the next 2months. hows it been here? have yas been sailing?

Awesome sail today at Birubi !
20 knot cross shore with head high waves... seriously beltable.
I smacked some serious lips before Huey got his own back and split mine !
Luke you're gonna have to help me out on the goiter attempts... smacked myself in the mouth with the mast... had my feet over my head with feet still in the straps when i smacked into the mast !

I also sailed Birubi on Monday arvo until dark
Sunday is looking like it will be very good also... maybe we catch up then ?

Live in the Newcastle area.
I sailed the Bay area solidly back from 84 to around 93. We used to love Birubi, Samuri and Fingal.
If it is windy on Sunday I will try and get up your way.

Yes i have sailed in strong NE... I have also sailed in light NE with 6.2 wave sail... still slingshot downn the line wave ridding !
