Hi all WA Gropers

I found out about four hours ago that I'm flying to Joondulop on Tuesday for ten days. Other than the fact than I'll miss out on two weeks of good NSW daylight savings, what else happens there? I should have next Sunday off. What should I do? Please help!

"what else happens there" not a lot
I work up at Joondalup. there is no airport. It's a long drive from the Perth airport.
Joondalup is a ghost town during the week, it's dead, full of pom's, parking infringement w4nkers and a handful of pubs/bars.
"I should have next Sunday off" NO

my fellow gropers are sort of right.

Drive West hit the coast, swim, surf, then south and have a coffee in Fremantle.

Drive east along canning highway and if you see the river turn left and drive along it- you may spot a windsurfer or two.
Continue east- hit the freeway and go north,

cross a bridge and see the hill on the left- get off freeway and make your way to Kings park- nice view, expensive coffee.

hit the tom tom to Subiaco or trendy Leederville for a coffee, bookshop and shopping for the Mrs.

Back on the freeway north to Joondalup
if you see bunnings you are in Joondalup- just follow the utes.

If you like a good meal and early lights out "Hoon" up the freeway and you will get yourself in Jail, I recommend 110 in the 100 zone.

So that will take about 1/2 an hour, Hotel mini bar drunk for the rest of the day

Never heard the whole tourist week condensed into a 2hrs drive.

But if you had half a day and wanted to see perth, that would be a good circuit.
