today unharnessed big air flat landed.board skidded down wind feet nearly broke starps felt like and the landing sent the full force of the shock right thru my spinal chord.Think ive done some damage.
whats the correct way to land?
i guess you want to stab touch the back of the board down first and sink a little bit rather than flat land and take the full shock thru your ankles knees and spinal chord.
thats all!
kind reguards ..
yours backs now munted but did it at work lifting half a kilo of photo copyn paper

Any way but flat .... unless you want to stick it and claim style points after some spinny thing.

The nicest landing is just slightly nose first. Don't get it wrong.
