If you use the search function in the forums you will be surprised at what you find. The have been quite a few crew go there for windsurfing in the last couple of years. My only concern would be going somewhere in the middle of winter where you still have to wear a wetsuit. If I'm going to drop $$$ on a winter escape, it's going to be a warm, windy place (bordies & rashie). Waves also play a part in the decision.
