DJI Mavic 2 Pro. The DJI Phantom 4 works just as well IMHO but the gimbal doesn't absorb the airframe vibrations as well when the motors are running at full throttle and you are very likely going to see the rotors in shot.
Mavic 3 Pro would also work. Any of the smaller drones such as the Mavic 3 mini work but won't be as stable.
You probably want to have a few hours of flying under your belt before you fly at the limit. Plus you need to have a strategy for when things go south such as the wind suddenly increasing beyond what the drone can handle.
