Hey were is the Merimbula station for the wind reading. In north easters such as today 10/11/06 merimbula seems crap. In southerlies that hit sydney at 35knots, its still crap (15kts usually)!

I have been watching the graphs for weeks now expecting to see some green every now and again but nothing but red. Every mambo seems to have pretty lame wind (10-15knots only). The graphs lately back this up. Is Merimbula really sh!t for consitent wind or are the graphs and my perception of the place wrong?

BTW - I am still going even though I think its a below average location for wavesailing (because of beers and bbq).
