I want to travel to Australia someday to windsurf ... where is the best place to go or is it all good. I have some business associates on the Gold Coast but they aren't into windsurfing ... yet.

thanx will chat some more when the time gets closer to the time when we come. My wife likes traveling, however this year is a ski travel and we will be heading back to Whistler for a second time but I will get a sesh in tomorrow. Here is the Atlantic City Marine forecast.
Wed
NW winds around 25 kt with occasional gusts to 35 kt... becoming N 15 to 20 kt late. Seas 4 to 7 ft.
It looks like an early sesh for sure.
Have a good day all.

theres a couple of good places here on the gold coast to sail. just depends on what your in to. For flat water blasting, the train on the broadwater is the place to go. for wave sailing, currumbin alley and dbar.
drive 45mins/1hour south you can sail down at Byron or Lennox like Addicted said. further south Ballina is supposedly a good spot to sail.
The wind is pretty good at the moment, weve been getting some great windy days.typically its during the week.
