Anyone around for a sail at Nobbies or Narrowneck- bureau is saying 15-20k NE with some waves about.

Decision made for me, Im going to my usual haunt, going for a surf at nobby's/miami, near the blue covered playground, if the wind builds Ill rig up there and windsurf.

I went up to the races at Wello, had trouble getting planing when going back upwind, and ended up stone motherless last

You up for some waves again tomorrow md?

it was a 3 mast day!

2 to me ( 1 being a loaner from chairman) , 1 to chairman!

other than that it was good, 6 windsurfers. The big outgoing tide played havoc with a bank out behind the shorebreak, bugger.

Did they punch holes in your nice new Alpha? Ouch

I can't sleep 'cos the wind is howling at the moment, it always does here in a NW, despite the nearest weather station only reading 10 knots...

When do you think you'll get a new mast?

You guys are good business for the local windsurfing shops...check those warranties!
Nice 18 to 20 at Redcliffe....i had my boy and couldnt get out.

Ill get my masts sorted out today, but need a repair job on the Alpha

so that will hit the shop today!

Hi Sonic.

Managed to get out at Redcliffe (Margate). Are you are regular there or more of a coast person? Ripped my hands to pieces. Haven't sailed for a while; hands have gone soft from white collar working. Was nice smacking my head into the water attempting a spin loop again though.
