Where is a good spot to go in perth or near? Where do people go?

Kwinana - near the mussel farms/wheat jetty.
Good right hander - get going on a south wester. Can handle the big winter swells.
South Mole is also good when there is a northerly blowing - gnarly wave that wraps around the point and breaks in sections a bit like Kirra.
