Try and land on your feet, not your head. You're obviously doing them upsidedown.
Points for going for it though.

windsurfing tricks are too hard...howz about taking up kiting instead? i've heard that you can learn all the moves within your first year and as a bonus there are 657 different rail grab moves u can do just by moving your hand 2 cm this way or 2cm that way!

Got smashed doing a pushie ?
This is my tip.
Next sess, very first run, throw into a hell push loop.
If you get bucked-off by the horse,
get straight back on the saddle.

Comrade Spot
Can you be of telling what happened in more of details please ?
If Comrades push too early in pushie attempt sail gets backwinded and you get slammed down on your head/side/face/shoulder
You can find instruction and pushloop images here

Maybe you look at picture/s and then work out where you were at when you make big wipe out... then you write on forum where you got to and forum offer help maybe.
Of course this only work if you had eyes open during attempt yar !

PS - I not of believing I be saying this ever but I agree with Waveslave... you must be of trying again for this move for certain yar. Get back on and try again

A lot of the success of the pushloop is about wave selection imo. Pick the right wave, nice and steep just about to break and the move is almost automatic if you take off the right way; except landing of course, takes a bit of practice.
