Yep.
General point of launching a film is to show it.
it's basicallly a film showing a fair few of the worlds best locations.
Of course including WA. Margs, espo and Gara being the three focal points.
There's Indo, Canaries,Hawaii(Aloha) Japan, da women, and a bunch of other sections. and the Cabo Verde contest also squeaked in there, which is a tasty section I reckon.,
That along with some insights about what get's a few of the fella's frothing.
Just don't know how much beer to buy?
How many people reckon they're gonna show up?

Well,
That's actually a good question.
You see the deal is, it's gonna be a dvd that comes within a 60 or so page a5 panoramic coffee table style book called "Ocean Flow".
This is a collection of photo's from Margareta of what she saw cruising the West oz coastline over the summer previous. Basically it's a very soulful collection of photo's encapsulating what is the essence of windsurfing around western aunstralia. The "whole" experince including the landscape, people, travel, ideolgy and of course some sick photo's of wavesailing from places I'm pretty sure you won't know the name of.
The dvd is ready to go but we're just waiting on printers. This should be done by the end of this month and ready and in shops by the beginning of may.
It'll be worth the wait I'm sure.
regards
Scott Mckercher

Hey Scott,

for months I've been trying to find a landscape photo of the WA coastline worthy of being mounted in my lounge room to replace our existing picture of the 1211 Apposles. If I could get a WA coastline photo with a hint of windsurfing thrown in that would be just awesome (I reckon I could get that one past the misses).

My question for you is, are we able to get a sneak peak at Margareta's shots (online perhaps)? Also, are we able to order specific shots from the book and have them blown up to our specified dimensions?

p.s. By the way I think it is a great concept to package the two items together. Not just another windsurfing dvd but a very smart way to promote the sport to the general public as well. Good on ya.

The Drive DVD's awesome!

A great mix between windsurfing action (road trips and pro events), people, places and wildlife.

The music is outstanding - many different styles, sure to please all tastes.

I'm looking forward to its release!

Hi all,
Thanks heaps for the good feedback that’s been floating around since the release.
I’m stoked that so many liked the movie.
The photos are still at Monart Gallery 29 Waratah Avenue, Dalkeith. Just ask for my work and Mona will be happy to show it to you, since there is currently another exhibition in the main room.

Cheers Margareta
