With the daily and 7 day outlook forecasting for Perth (top graph)..
Is that an average of all the stations in the Perth Metro, or just for one station??
Also why does itnearly always show Lancelin as being less windy than Perth? I thought it would be the other way round.

I'm guessing it's because the Perth forecast is for Rottnest??
