I've just got back from an absolutely awesome 3 weeks in WA. Sailed the 40-50kt gale at Esperance just after New Years's (WOO-HOO!, I knew the 3.7 would get used one day), and some great aviation sessions at Coronation commuting down from Kalbarri. Met some friendly local sailors along the way- Hi John, Corey and Clive.
On about the 14th of Jan I was sailing at Coronation and there was a guy in the water taking photos. He looked like a reasonably professional set-up. I think I saw a van in the carpark with NO LIMITS or something like that on tha side that made me think it was his van. It might have said NO LIMITS PHOTOGRAPHY, but I can't really remember. I've tried Googling the name and variations but haven't found anything.
Does anyone know who the guy might have been and if so, how I might be able to contact him. I know he was panning his camera on me as I sailed past him one several occasions so of course I pulled off the best (gumby) manoeuvres I could in the hope that he might photograph ME, ME, ME!
I'd love to buy some photos so I can pretend to be a pro!
