For those who haven't already heard about the 3 harbours project proposal in Freo there is a proposal to develop south beach to put in a 12 metre high boat stack and a 300m boat launching pad. This could seriously affect any windsurfing in this area in the future as well as the loss of a much loved beach. There is a fund raising concert on sunday morning from 10-12 to raise awareness and support for this issue and we are told that amongst local musicians, John Butler will be making an appearance. So anyone who uses these beaches please come and support this event and make your voice heard.
