Name your Three Favourite Brands not bag the crap out of stuff you have limited current knowlege about.
Isn't that the entire idea of the thread? Read the first post; "name your favorite brands". Seems fairly self explanitory. There is nothing saying you can't also hint at brands you dislike ;)
Boards - Wave (I only have 4 brands of boards, have ridden a fair bit of other stuff but not long enough to comment on it's durability)
[1] RRD - toughest most bomb proof board I own, awesome construction - awesome down the line shape
[2] JP - Have heard lots of bad things about JP over the years, have seen lots of snapped ones, have a pro-ed RWW and seems to be fairly tough. Touch wood. It's a great board though, really good in less than ideal conditions, has really impressed me
[3] F2 - Good board but construction is pretty weak, full carbon - very poor impact resistance (no kevlar)
Boards - Other (Freeride, Slalom, Freestyle, etc)

Boards - Graphics
[1] Tabou without a doubt have the radest looking boards around
[2] RRD
[3] F2? no idea really, no one else really stands out like the other two
Sails - Wave
[1] Ezzy - love em, super strong, love how they sail
[2] North - had norths up till 05 or so, the good old xXx and DrX's, mad sails :D not super strong though
[3] Pryde - Best of the other brands i've had. Not a bad sail but didn't last long, fell apart
Sails - Graphics
[1] North used to look awesome - the Superstar, xXx and DrX were all awesome looking sails I reckon, then they got into this 'white phase' and it all went to ****e.
[2] Pryde - have always looked pretty good
[3] New gaastras look pretty cool
